For those of you not familiar with this term, be prepared for your lives to change.  For those of you who are, you already know what I mean....

Basically, whenever you find a super cute idea, inspiration, recipe, whatever out on the internet and want to remember or file it away, Pinterest is an account that can categorize all such fun in one place.

You have to ask for an invitation to the website and when you finally are granted an account (it's like the popular kids inviting you to a slumber party), you take off and categorize all the creativity you can find on the internet.

This came about today as my sister couldn't remember where she had seen a cute DIY bean bag tutorial for her little nugget.  Lucky for her, I had filed it away on my 'sewing' board.

Some randomness for you on a Monday.....
My brave little lady a few weeks ago at her 3 year appointment - she has a slight peanut allergy so we even had to follow this up with a trip to Quest for some blood work and couldn't have been more proud of Ryan for taking it like a pro. Just a few tears and then off to the bakery with Grandma we went to pick out a treat.

Ryan let me give her a haircut - I have now created a monster.....she has come to us twice now and said "mom, I have a special surprise for you" and then handed over some freshly cut locks. Oh boy.

Sunday Spencers Series

Projects....

So meal planning....sometimes I'm good at it, sometimes I am terrible. Or as Grant will say I resort to "I'll scrounge something up tonight, maybe chicken".  Cue the ominous disaster music.  And to keep in line with a budget friendly household, menu planning really does save some cash. With that said, I enlisted my trusty helpers to create a little something to hang in the kitchen so I no longer had an excuse to let menu planning fall by the wayside.
