Has anyone seen Ryan Stiff?

Clearly this sassy little lady strutting into the grocery store is not my 3 year old....
Outfit recap: red and white polka dot leggings, bright a*s yellow skirt, pink long sleeve t-shirt, yellow cardigan (but don't worry, her favorite pink cardigan was in her purse to which she demanded a sweater change at lunch), rubber boots, an orange coat, one of mom's purses and a partridge in a pear tree.
